Mech O Tech LLP, India, offers a Tube Rose Flower & Buds Oils Distillation Plants, Capacity: 5 TPD that processes five tonnes of tube rose flowers and buds each day. The plant extracts essential oil from the raw material through controlled steam contact. Every vessel, pipe plus valve that meets the charge is built from food grade stainless steel - the unit resists rust and satisfies hygiene rules set for herbal processors. The layout needs only part time operator attention because sensors but also timers handle feed, steam flow and oil separation. Once the shift starts, the same settings repeat batch after batch - the oil keeps an even scent as well as specific gravity. The frame accepts either a 380 V three phase line or a 440 V supply and the motor, heaters or pumps draw only the power required for the load, letting the line run day and night without idle loss. A manual lists every bolt next to seal - the company keeps spare trays, gaskets and condenser tubes in stock plus sends a technician for first assembly and for later service calls.
