Description

The Star Anise Seeds & Berries Distillation Plants, Capacity: 5 TPD processes five tonnes of raw material each day. It extracts essential oil from star anise seeds and berries through a semi automatic sequence that runs with few manual steps. Mech O Tech Llp, an Indian company, built the unit. The design accepts both herbal plus solvent feed stocks and delivers oil that meets quality standards. The plant operates from a standard three phase supply but also keeps power demand within planned limits. A steel frame and food grade contact parts withstand daily loads of five tonnes. The motor as well as heaters maintain set speed and temperature so that oil output stays uniform from batch to batch. Control buttons or indicator lamps sit on a front panel - one operator starts the sequence, monitors gauges and drains the oil next to spent material. The layout reduces idle time and needs only two workers per shift. Food processors, spice extractors plus aroma producers use the unit when they need oil that is free from contaminants and gives high yield. Full data on power rating, voltage range, frequency but also daily throughput are provided with each plant. Origin - India.
