The Semi Automatic Spice Oil Distillation Plant, Capacity: 10 TPD works as a semi automatic system that draws essential oil from bulk spice under factory conditions. The unit runs on electric power at fifty or sixty hertz and accepts either 220 or 415 volts - it keeps steady output during long shifts. Indian engineers built the plant from thick stainless parts - a column still inside the shell heats the spice charge with steam, condenses the vapour plus separates the oil from the water layer. Each cycle removes almost all of the volatile oil while the spent spice leaves the vessel dry and free of solvent residue. One operator starts the cycle from a panel but also watches gauges for temperature, pressure and flow. No extra crew is needed to move trays or filters, because pumps as well as valves open and close on relay logic. The layout fits on a flat concrete floor or couples to existing steam and cooling water lines - a food or fragrance plant can add the unit without long shutdown.
