Description

The Silver Fir Needles & Twigs Distillation Plants, Capacity: 5 TPD processes five tonnes of plant material each day. Semi automatic valves and sensors govern the steam flow - the essential oil separates from the silver fir needles plus twigs with little manual input. Mech O Tech LLP in India built the unit from stainless steel - every weld meets pressure vessel rules. The motor runs on the local three phase supply: 415 V, 50 Hz and draws a fixed 20 kW during steady operation. Flanges but also gauges mount on a skid that occupies four square metres of floor space. A single operator starts the batch from the touch panel, monitors temperature and pressure then drains the condensate as well as oil. Because all parts sit within arm's reach, cleaning takes less than thirty minutes and the next load begins right away. The same skid links to existing solvent or herbal extraction lines through standard tri clamp ports. Buyers receive the plant ready to run - they choose either semi automatic or fully automatic control when they order. Origin - India.
