Internal baffles and perforated baskets keep the solvent in motion so that every particle releases its oil, colour or active principle. Each tank holds a set volume - pressure sensors stop the pump if the internal load rises above the safe limit. A 220 V, 50 Hz electric motor drives the pumps, agitators as well as solvent recovery condensers - total connected load stays within standard industrial supply limits. The layout keeps every valve within arm's reach - quick release couplings let the crew clean every line in minutes. Because downtime stays short, daily throughput stays close to the design figure.
