A high efficiency condenser knocks the vapour back to liquid within seconds - this protects the fragile aroma but also gives more oil per kilo of petals. After the run, a quick spray of hot water flushes residue from the vessel walls - no tools are required. The finished oil meets standards for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic use.
