Description

The Leaves - Tea / Sumac Brown Color Extraction Plant, Capacity: 10 TPD processes ten tonnes of material each day. The structure is built entirely from grade stainless steel - it resists corrosion and meets hygiene rules that govern food plus beverage factories. Mech O Tech Llp, an Indian company, produces the unit and configures it for either fifty or sixty hertz power networks, therefore it drops into most production lines without further conversion. Inside the vessel, solvent circulates through tea leaves or sumac pods at controlled temperature but also pressure. The system separates brown pigments, filters out fibre and concentrates the liquor until the colour strength reaches the level required by dye houses or drink makers. Pumps as well as welds follow sanitary design codes - every litre of extract leaves the plant free of contaminants. A team from the supplier travels to the buyer's site, sets the equipment on its foundation, connects water, steam and electricity then runs a full load test. Production begins immediately after the trial - no time is lost to trial-and-error start up.
