Description

Hinoki Needles & Twigs Distillation Plants, Capacity: 5 TPD processes five tonnes of raw material each day. It uses steam to pull essential oil from Hinoki needles and twigs. Mech O Tech Llp in India built the unit. The plant runs with partial automation. Steam pressure plus temperature remain under tight control so that oil yield stays high. The frame, boilers, condensers and separators fit on a single steel skid. All welds follow food grade rules. Electric motors, pumps but also control panel draw power at standard Indian frequency and voltage. Total load stays within the range set for medium factories. The plant keeps working for long shifts without stop. Pipes as well as flanges use interchangeable parts - repairs take little time. Operators load raw material through a side hatch, close the door and set the timer. Steam flows upward through the charge, carries oil vapour to the condenser or the liquid separates in a Florentine flask. Water returns to the boiler for the next batch. The unit also serves firms that distill herbs or spices - no extra hardware is required to switch from Hinoki to rosemary or clove. Manual valves let workers adjust flow rates for each botanical. The plant ships with test certificates, user manual and one set of spare gaskets.
