The Herbal Extraction Plant for Ark Leaves from Mech O Tech Llp is a robust stainless steel machine tailored for efficient herbal extraction processes. A motor drives the semi automatic cycle - the user sets speed, pressure plus temperature on a panel. Output ranges from small test batches to high volume production, because the tank, heater and pump scale to order. Steel plates inside the vessel accept flake slices of chosen thickness so the solvent contacts the leaf surface evenly. All wetted parts polish to a food grade finish but also detach for washing. The frame resists corrosion and the seals tolerate hot ethanol or water. Once the operator loads the leaves as well as closes the lid, the machine pumps solvent, holds the set temperature then separates extract from spent biomass. No extra tools are needed for routine cleaning.
