Description

Mech O Tech LLP launches a Curcumin Extraction Plant In Maharastra, Capacity: 100 TPD. The unit processes one hundred metric tonnes of feedstock per day. Every vessel, pipe and pump that contacts solvent or extract is built from stainless steel 316 or 304, grades that resist corrosion plus extend service life under harsh conditions. A three phase electrical supply of 220 V or 415 V at 50 Hz or 60 Hz drives the motors, heaters and control panels. The line runs in semi automatic mode - operators load raw turmeric, start the sequence but also monitor the cycle, while pumps, valves and sensors handle solvent transfer, temperature as well as timing without further intervention. The company supplies the plant as a complete new unit and includes on site assembly or commissioning. No second hand or refurbished equipment is offered. Once installed, the system maintains an even daily throughput of one hundred tonnes with short stops only for routine cleaning or filter change. The design keeps controls simple so that industrial users reach high yield without complex programming. The electrical section accepts either 220 V or 415 V - the same hardware suits different regional grids. The result is a reliable, Indian built extraction line that turns turmeric into refined curcumin at full industrial scale.
