Description

The Curcumin Extraction Plant In Hyderabad, Capacity: 100 TPD processes one hundred tons of raw material each day. Mech O Tech LLP builds the unit in India from stainless steel grades 316 and 304 - those alloys resist corrosion and tolerate harsh solvents. The plant accepts either electrical heaters or a wood fired boiler. The motor set runs on three phase supply at 220 V or 415 V plus on 50 Hz or 60 Hz networks - the unit fits most regional power grids. Mech O Tech sells the system only as new equipment and sends technicians to complete on site assembly. Every component links to the next with tri clamp joints - pipes, pumps but also vessels form a single closed circuit that handles turmeric feedstock and solvent in a continuous flow. The layout keeps residence time, temperature as well as pressure within narrow bands - this control raises curcumin yield while it lowers solvent loss. The daily throughput reaches one hundred metric tons of dried turmeric rhizome and the extracted oleoresin meets export purity limits. Once utilities are connected, the plant starts within one shift or needs no extra civil work. The frame mounts on a steel skid - relocation requires only a forklift and a flat bed truck.
