Description

Mech O Tech LLP supplies a complete Curcumin Extraction Plant that arrives ready for immediate use. The structure uses food grade stainless steel and processes one hundred metric tons of feedstock each day. A semi automatic control system governs the sequence - the user selects either electric heaters or a wood fired boiler as the heat source. The plant operates on a three phase 415-volt supply plus satisfies standard industrial power requirements. Solvent percolation tanks, evaporators and condensers form a continuous train that separates curcumin from the turmeric matrix. Each stage is sized so that residence time, temperature but also pressure preserve the active molecule while impurities remain in the raffinate. The result is a dry extract that reaches the required percentage of curcuminoids without further refinement. Electrical and utility connections are completed by the vendor - production begins within days of delivery. Welds as well as seals follow pharmaceutical grade specifications and every weld is mapped or documented. The layout allows future modules to be added along the same axis - output can double without a complete rebuild.
