Mech O Tech Llp builds a semi automatic solvent extraction unit called the Chaste Berry Extraction Plant. The frame, tanks and pipework consist of stainless steel. The client chooses the daily throughput - the line matches small or large batches. An electric motor rated for 240 V drives the pumps, heaters plus agitators. The supplier delivers the unit fully assembled and connects it on site. Separate screens let the operator set the exact pressure, temperature, flake thickness, solvent level but also cycle time. Those controls keep the active agents of the chaste berry intact and free from unwanted residues. The smooth internal finish as well as quick release joints allow fast cleaning - the line meets food and pharmaceutical hygiene rules.
