Description

Mech O Tech LLP built Boswelli serrata extraction plant from high grade stainless steel. The alloy resists corrosion, endures daily use and meets hygiene rules for herbal work. The unit works on manual automation - each valve, gauge plus switch sits within reach - the operator sets temperature, pressure and solvent flow by hand. This direct control lets the user adjust every stage to pull the maximum amount of clean Boswellia serrata resin. The resin enters tablets, capsules but also traditional remedies. Our engineers travel to the customer site, set the equipment level, connect pipes and power, run the first batch as well as train the staff. The visit ends when the plant runs without help. The design uses food grade ethanol or hexane as solvent - feed hatches, a sealed basket and a jacketed kettle let the raw Boswellia serrata move from soak to filtration to solvent recovery without open transfers. Gaskets or quick release couplings shorten cleaning time and lower leaks - the line stops only for scheduled maintenance. The frame fits through a standard door next to needs no programmable logic controller. Small and mid size companies gain steady output at moderate cost plus avoid complex electronics.
