The Asparagus Extract Powder plant, Capacity: 10 TPD processes ten tonnes of raw material per day. Its frame, tanks and pipework consist of food grade stainless steel that resists corrosion plus allows easy cleaning. Mech O Tech LLP in India builds each unit to pharmacopoeia standards and includes on site assembly by trained technicians so that the line starts without delay. An electric heater raises the solvent to the set temperature inside a 240-volt jacketed vessel that withstands rated internal pressure. Sensors but also a programmable controller move the batch through washing, slicing, extraction, filtration, vacuum concentration, spray drying and packaging. Once the recipe is entered, the plant completes the sequence with almost no manual input as well as delivers dry, free flowing asparagus powder that meets microbial and particle size specifications. One complete skid constitutes the minimum order or it suits an operation that plans large daily output of herbal extract.
