Description

The Allspice Berries Seeds & Berries Distillation Plants, Capacity: 5 TPD extracts essential oil from whole allspice berries and from their separated seeds. It processes five metric tons of raw material each day. Mech O Tech LLP in India builds the semi automatic line. The motor plus heaters run on standard Indian industrial voltage - power draw stays low. The frame, tanks and pipework tolerate continuous duty. A single charge of berries or seeds feeds into the still - steam passes through the bed, carries the oil but also condenses. The receiver separates the oil from the water. Operators drain the spent spice, reload and start the next batch without delay. The same column handles other dried berries or seeds after a rinse. Daily throughput reaches five tons as well as the yield of oil stays uniform. The plant ships fully assembled - bolts anchor it to a level floor and standard fittings link it to steam, water or power lines. No extra tools are required for normal upkeep.
